How do I book a treatment at Faith’s Store & Therapies?

Booking your experience at Faith’s Store & Therapies is simple and flexible.

You can book your treatment in any of the following ways:

Online: Find us on Fresha via the link at the bottom of the page and use our easy online booking system.

By phone: Call us directly on 01432 278919 to speak with a member of our friendly team, who will be happy to help you choose the right treatment and secure your preferred time.

In person: You’re always welcome to visit us in-store at our shop to discuss your options and book your appointment at the reception desk. Find us at 22 Widemarsh Street, Hereford, HR4 9EP

We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred date and time are available. If you have any special requirements or would like guidance on which treatment best suits your needs, our team will be delighted to assist.

What happens after I book my appointment?

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation message or email with all the details of your appointment, including the date, time, and treatment type.

We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early for your session so you can relax, settle in, and complete any necessary consultation forms before your treatment begins.

During your visit, your therapist will take time to discuss your wellbeing goals and any areas of focus or concern, ensuring your experience is fully tailored to your needs.

If you have any questions before your appointment — or if you need to adjust your booking — please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. We’re always happy to help and ensure your visit feels peaceful from start to finish.

Do I have to get undressed for my treatment?

Your comfort and privacy are always our top priorities.

For massage treatments, you’ll be asked to remove clothing down to your underwear – we will never ask you to remove your pants. Your therapist will always leave the room while you undress and again after your treatment when it’s time to get dressed. Towels are used throughout to protect your modesty, and our therapists are fully trained in professional draping techniques, so you’ll never feel exposed.

For reflexology or other foot treatments, you’ll just need to remove your shoes and socks. It’s helpful if we can access your lower legs, so you may wish to remove or loosen tight trousers.

Every therapy room at Faith’s Store and Therapies in Hereford is a safe, respectful space where your wellbeing and comfort come first.

How can I cancel my appointment?

We understand that plans can change and sometimes you may need to amend or cancel your appointment. To do so, please contact Faith’s Store & Therapies Hereford as soon as possible by calling 01432 278919 or emailing shop@faithsethicalliving.com.

If you booked through Fresha, you can also manage your appointment directly through your Fresha account — simply log in, go to your bookings, and select Reschedule or Cancel.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will retain payment in full as our therapists reserve this time exclusively for you.

Please note that all therapies are paid for upfront at the time of booking; late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.

Thank you for your understanding and respect for our therapists’ time and other clients waiting for appointments.

Do you treat under 18s?

To ensure comfort, safety, and compliance with professional standards, we have a clear policy for clients under 18 years of age. No exceptions can be made.

Please note: A parent or legal guardian must be present in the store to complete and sign the consent form with the therapist during the consultation.

Ages 12–15
With signed parental or guardian consent, and with a parent or guardian present in the treatment room, clients aged 12–15 may receive the following treatments:
• 30min Facials
• Hand or Foot Therapies
• Indian Head Massage

Ages 16–17
With signed parental or guardian consent, and with the option for the parent/guardian to remain in the room if desired, clients aged 16–17 may receive most treatments, to a maximum of 1 hour duration and except for any deep tissue treatments.

Please note: A parent or legal guardian must be present in the store to complete and sign the consent form with the therapist during the consultation.

Ages 18 and Over
Clients aged 18 and above are welcome to enjoy all treatments at Faith’s Store & Therapies.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

When you arrive, your therapist will greet you and take a few minutes to discuss your health, preferences, and any areas you’d like to focus on. This short consultation helps tailor your treatment to your needs. You’ll then be shown to your treatment room and given privacy to get ready. Each session ends with time for you to relax, dress, and ask any questions before leaving.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

You don’t need to bring anything special. We provide all towels, oils, and equipment. If you’re coming for reflexology or a foot treatment, you may wish to wear loose trousers that can be rolled up easily. For other treatments, just come as you are and we’ll make sure you’re comfortable.

Can I choose my therapist?

Yes, if you have a preferred therapist, you’re very welcome to book with them directly (subject to availability). All therapists at Faith’s Store and Therapies are fully qualified, insured, and share the same high professional and ethical standards.

What if I feel uncomfortable or want to stop the treatment?

You are always in control. If you feel uncomfortable for any reason—whether it’s pressure, temperature, or anything else—please let your therapist know straight away. We can adjust or stop the treatment at any time. Your safety and comfort are our priority.

What if I’m pregnant?

At Faith’s Store & Therapies, the wellbeing and safety of our expectant clients are of the utmost importance. Our therapists are trained to provide gentle, supportive, and restorative experiences tailored to each stage of pregnancy.

First Trimester
For the safety of both parent and baby, we do not offer treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Second & Third Trimesters
From the beginning of the second trimester onward, clients may enjoy specific nurturing and pregnancy-safe treatments with a signed disclaimer. The treatments available are:

  • Pregnancy Massage: the therapist will adapt the treatment to any area of concern, and where applicable our therapists may perform treatments with the client lying in a
    comfortable side-lying position.
  • Facials
  • Maternity Reflexology

What if I have a medical condition?

Please let us know when booking if you have any medical conditions or injuries. We’ll make sure your therapist is aware and can adapt the treatment accordingly. Some therapies may not be suitable for certain health conditions, but we’ll always offer safe, nurturing alternatives.
