Focus Flower Essence Blend

This blend helps clear the head, in the self and bring a positive attitude to learning and academic work. It can help focus the mind if under the pressure of deadlines. Indicated for: exam formula, interviews, cramming, mental tiredness, overwhelmed, fear of failure, revision, distracted, fuzzy headed, mental chatter, uninspired.

Add 4 drops to small glass/bottle of water. Sip from glass/bottle at 4 hourly intervals throughout the day. Take more frequently if indicated. Make up new glass/bottle daily. Alternatively take 4 drops under the tongue direct from the dosage bottle, every 4 hours. Sensitive people could try taking just 2 drops each night around bedtime.
