Our Story
The business grew from a long-standing love of natural health, ethical living and complementary medicine. Before opening the shop, Faith trained in acupuncture, completing a BSc Honours degree that included traditional Chinese medicine, anatomy, physiology, pathology and pharmacology. Although she no longer practises acupuncture, that knowledge still shapes the way we choose products, support customers and think about wellbeing today.
Alongside this, years of experience in natural health, beauty and cosmetics retail helped shape the idea for a space that could bring together expert advice, carefully chosen products and trusted therapies under one roof. Hereford became home, and in 2012 the doors opened.
Becoming Fully Independent
After Covid, and following the end of the Neal’s Yard Remedies franchise model, Faith’s became fully independent — a big change, but also an exciting new chapter.
Becoming independent meant we could finally sell online, expand our product ranges, introduce new ethical brands and shape the business around our own values, experience and customers.

The name came naturally after a long-standing customer was overheard saying exactly that. It reflected what the business had become: personal, familiar, trusted and rooted in the local community.

A Knowledgeable, Friendly Team
Our shop team is made up of seven knowledgeable and friendly members of staff, each bringing care, experience and genuine enthusiasm to the shop floor.
We love helping customers find products that feel right for them — whether that’s a simple everyday essential, a special gift, or support with skincare, relaxation or wellbeing.
Our Therapy Centre
Our therapy centre is a huge part of who we are. We work with seven self-employed therapists offering a wide range of treatments, and our therapy rooms have become one of Hereford’s most highly reviewed wellbeing destinations, with thousands of 5 star reviews.
