Each of our candles burns for a varying length of time depending on their individual size and how they are cared for. We provide an estimated time on each individual candle page and recommend following our care guides to get the most out of your candles. Our tealights' burning time is approx. 5 hours per tealight

These tealights are handcrafted in Leicester using 100% pure beeswax, and organic cotton wicks with no artificial ingredients. Each tealight is packaged in an aluminum tin. As a result, they can be reused, recycled or repurposed in many ways!

With natural pure bees wax, reusable tin, recycled paper label, and recycled/recyclable card box. Ensure that when you show care to yourself, you show care to the planet as well.

REUSE OUR RECYCLABLE METAL CUPS. The pure beeswax tealights we sell are provided in recyclable cups which can also be refilled - if they are still in good condition and not cracked/split. 

Check our listing for tealight refills. For those of you who would like to recycle their old BEE Zero Waste tealight cups simply pop out the wick tab, insert a refill and voila you have another tealight! We do not recommend lighting the tealight refills without a cup unless you use the right sized tealight holder.

A tea light also called tealight or nightlight, is a candle encased in a thin metal cup so that the candle can liquefy completely while lit. They are typically small, circular, wider than their height. A tea light derives it’s name from their use in teapot warmers, but are also used as food warmers in general, e.g. fondue.
