Latin name: Pimento officianalis

Directions for use: Can be ground to flavour sweet and savoury dishes.  As a general guide to make an infusion use one to two teaspoons of dried herb or mixture of herbs. Place the herb in a cup, pour on boiling water and leave to steep for up to ten minutes before straining. For further information and recommended dosage please consult a qualified practitioner.
