Directions for use : As a general guide to make an infusion use one to two teaspoons of dried herb or mixture of herbs. Place the herb in a cup, pour on boiling water and leave to steep for up to ten minutes before straining. For further information and recommended dosage please consult a qualified practitioner.
Warnings : Do not use if you have an obstruction of the bile ducts or severe liver disease. Only for short term use - four weeks maximum. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
