Cacao Powder

The ‘food of the gods’, endorphin boosting cacao is an excellent source of magnesium and antioxidants. 

Latin name : Theobroma cacao

Part used : Fruit 

Directions for use : Add up to three teaspoons to a cup full of warm milk of your choice. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired. Alternatively add to a smoothie. 

Warnings: Use cautiously if you have a known sensitivity to caffeine as cacao contains theobromine, which has a similar action. Our herbs are handled in an environment that handles gluten, soya, nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard and celery.
