Coltsfoot

As a general guide to make an infusion use one to two teaspoons of dried herb or mixture of herbs. Place the herb in a cup, pour on boiling water and leave to steep for up to ten minutes before straining. For further information and recommended dosage please consult a qualified practitioner.

Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Take extra care not to exceed recommended dose. Do not use for longer that 4-6 weeks per year. Contains pyrollizine alkaloids. Our herbs are handled in an environment that handles gluten, soya, nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard and celery.
